Conferences play a major role in the success of any bilateral business. The Norwegian-Russian Chamber of Commerce organizes the Norwegian-Russian Business Conferences where decision makers can meet and debate ideas and business concerns with experts and their potential partners.

Through the years of its activities in the Norwegian and Russian market, the NRCC has established a wide contact database which makes it possible to reach out to a wide diversity of companies and organizations interested in participation in the conferences. The Chamber is also inviting prominent speakers both from Norway and Russia giving their presentations and keynote speeches on the NRCC events. As a result, the participants of the NRCC conferences enjoy the opportunity to discuss new ideas, strategies and services, voice their concerns, share experiences, look for newer approaches and also to obtain investors for new technologies. In this manner we are able to help Norwegian and Russian companies find solutions to current problems and thereby help to engineer change and advancement.

In connection with the state visit of the President of the Russian Federation Mr. Dmitry Medvedev to Norway on April 26-27, 2010 the Norwegian-Russian Chamber of Commerce (NRCC) in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation organised Norwegian-Russian Business Conference in Oslo. The Conference took place at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Oslo on April 26, 2010.

More than 350 representatives of Norwegian and Russian business, as well as Norwegian and Russian authorities took part in the event. The conference received broad coverage in Norwegian and Russian mass media.

The next Norwegian-Russian Business Conference is scheduled for November 2011. The conference will take place at the RF CCI Congress Hall in Moscow.
