The overall goal of the NRCC is to contribute to increasing and improving trade relations between Norway and Russia. In this work, we also strive to increase competence and market knowledge in the two countries.

Despite of the close neighbourhood, Norwegian business circles still have a lot to learn about Russian market. Especially newcomers do not always know where and how to start. In order to fill the gap, the NRCC has developed "Russia Business Directory", a database containing information about Russian economy, state and society. This project has been partly financed by the Norwegian Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
