Recruiting new members is an important activity, which has been so far carried out by NRCC Administration and Board Members.
The more members join the NRCC, the more attractive the association will become for its members,
being able to provide them with further improved services.
With the aim of speeding up the recruitment process, it has been decided to try to engage all
members as "employment officers". If every member recruited one new, we certainly would achieve the goals,
which would be to everybody's benefit.
To stimulate the process, we are now introducing a system of awards to those of the NRCC members
who recruit a new member.
