Membership in the NRCC

If you or your company would like to participate in developing improved bilateral relations between Norwegian and Russian companies and at the same time receive various kinds of information which will be of benefit to your self and your company, please fill the online form below. If you experience problems with the online form, you may use an Application form in Word-format. The form should be then sent as an attachment to your mail to the NRCC, at info(at)nrcc.no.

Before signing up, please make sure you have got acquainted with terms and membeship fee rates, as well as NRCC Statutes.

After your application is received by the NRCC, you will get a confirmation e-mail. If you don't get a confirmation within three working days, please take contact with the NRCC.

Approval of new members

All membership applications are considered by the NRCC Board which may approve or reject those. In case of a positive decision, the administration of the NRCC will provide you with an information package and send you an invoice for the membeship fee for the current year based on the turnover of the company, please see "Terms and Fees". The fee shall be paid in full within two weeks after the receipt of the invoice.

Cancellation of membership

To ensure the stable flow of activities and offers for the members, NRCC Membership is valid on a calender year basis with automatic renewal every new calender year. In order to cancel the NRCC membership, you have to send a cancellation notice to the NRCC administration by e-mail or regular post before October 1 of the current calender year. The cancellation will then be put in effect from the 1st of January of the next calender year.

With later notification, your membership will be automatically renewed for the coming year, and cancellation effectuated only by the end of the coming year.

Please note that the membership fees are valid within a calender year, in other words, from the date of the Board's decision and untill 31st of December of the current year. All other conditions about renewal and cancellation apply in full.

Applications are considered by the NRCC Board on regular Board meetings. The Board might not approve a membership application. The applicant has the right to request a renewed evaluation by the Board, not earlier than 3 months after the first membership application has been turned down.
