Experts say almost every fifth salary in Russia is black money, or as Russians say, "salary in an envelope". That means the employer neither pay taxes or social security of these payments.

Russia's labor force is expected to lose 10 million workers and shrink to 79 million people by 2016.

Recrutiment

Close to 1000 companies are dealing with recruitment in Russia, while 250 of these are located in Moscow. Some of them are involved either in regular recruitment jobs or in Executive Search/Headhunting, this is more common practice in Moscow and St.Petersburg. Others - for instance regional companies - can do all types of recruitment jobs. Third group work with specific branches only.
