Kristel Mari Jæger Skorge is the Director of the Department of Research Administration in the University of Oslo. Central tasks of the department are related to external funding of research and innovation, follow-up of the University's institutional and international cooperation partners and agreements, research ethics, Doctoral degree and PhD, Research infrastructure, Open science, Innovation and entrepreneurship in research and among students.
Kristel Skorge has an extensive management experience from university and other public sector organisations and is an experienced board member and research manager.
Previously, she held positions of Head of Research & Development at the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Directorate, and prior to that she served as Head of Institute of Public Administration and Associate Professor at Oslo Metropolitan University.
She holds a Dr.art degree from the University of Bergen (Norway) and Master of Public Administration degree from Copenhagen Business School (CBS), Denmark.
Trond Karlsen has been working at ScaleAQ since September 2018 and previously held the position of Sales Manager ScaleAQ Landbased.
ScaleAQ is a Norwegian based company, providing high-quality solutions and services for the fish farming industry world-wide. ScaleAQ has 27 offices in 11 countries, and 900 employees in the group. Karlsen is Sales Director for Emerging Markets, which includes the Russian aquaculture industry.
He is educated from the Norwegian Armed Forces and BI Norwegian School of Management, specializing in internationalization and management.
Before he joined the aquaculture industry, Karlsen's background is from the FMCG segment. He has been working for brand leadership companies like REMA 1000, Bacardi spirits, Apple, Coca-Cola and 7-Eleven.
