NRCC Networking Meeting in Murmansk, 13 March 2018
On March 13, Norwegian-Russian Chamber of Commerce had a pleasure to invite their members and invited guests to the first NRCC event in Murmansk in 2018. More than 80 participants took part in the meeting.
Mr Roy Angelvik, State Secretary of Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries of Norway, opened the session by welcoming all the participants.

Mrs Elena Tikhonova, Minister of Economic Development of the Murmansk Region presented a topic "A forecast of bilateral economic relations, cross-border and interregional cooperationaudience on Norwegian- Russian relations in the High North".
Mr Bjoern Bjoerkavaag, Sales Manager Onboard & Mr Terje Hareide, Sales Manager Onboard from Optimar was talking about vessels for the future and new bilateral cooperation projects within the shipsbuilding sector.
Three new NRCC members were presented to the audience at the meeting such as Maritime Montering AS, Antares Group and the Norwegian Fishermen’s Association. They gave a brief overview about their main activities with focus on Russia.
The meeting continued with a presentation of NRCC activities in 2018 and update on the B2B Business Development Project by Mr Jarle Forbord, NRCC Managing Director.The meeting was held in connection with the XVIII Exhibition-Conference for Fishery Industry “Sea. Resources.Technologies-2018”.
At the end of the meeting, participants were invited to join a networking session with refreshments.
