NRCC CCI Workshop in Moscow on 13-14 December 2017
On 13-14 December 2017, a NRCC CCI workshop in Moscow was organised by the Norwegian-Russian Chamber of Commerce (NRCC).
The participants were represented by representatives from CCI of Russia, Administration of the Nenets AO, Arkhangelsk CCI, CCI of the Leningrad Oblast, CCI of the Murmansk Region, Moscow CCI, Novgorod CCI, Pskov CCI, Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO) and NRCC.
The workshop is a part of a renewed 3-year agreement between the NRCC and Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs 2017-2020, and is aimed to function as a meeting arena for CCIs for discussing topics of mutual interest as follows:
- ways of cooperation between the NRCC and regional chambers in Russia – experiences and new opportunities;
- exchange of information and possibilities for mutual market support;
- chambers’ role as contact points for companies seeking support in the respective markets and requiring partner search;
- presentation of projects from regional chambers.
As a part of the workshop, each of the participants had a possibility to present relevant projects from their respective region where cooperation with NRCC and/or Norwegian part may be of interest.
An evening continued with a reception for the invited guests at the Hotel Holiday Inn Moscow – Suschevsky .
On December 14, Mr Jarle Forbord, NRCC Managing Director, held a closing presentation about Chambers’ role in promoting bilateral cooperation.
At the end of the workshop, discussions and closing remarks were moderated by Mrs Ksenia Borzenina, NRCC Project and Event Coordinator.
Participants were welcome to stay for the NRCC Alumni Event, which was held later this day.
